Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to PhotoBoothPro bookings. Please contact us if anything needs clarifying before you confirm your event.
Equipment
The client is responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse of PhotoBoothPro equipment by the client or their guests.
Payment and cancellations
Payment must be made in full to secure the booking. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–30 days before the event receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
Privacy
PhotoBoothPro keeps personal data and booking information private. The client accepts responsibility for content that guests choose to upload to social platforms or send by email. Event galleries are protected by a passcode.
Data retention
Event photos are stored securely and remain available in the private gallery for at least 90 days after the event. After that period, PhotoBoothPro may delete the content unless otherwise agreed in writing. A bulk-download option is provided.
Use of event photos
PhotoBoothPro will not publish event photos for marketing without the consent of the event organiser and the people shown in the photos.
Maximum usage
The rental includes unlimited photo sessions during the booked operating period, subject to fair use. Excessive or unreasonable use may result in early termination without a refund.
Indemnification
The client indemnifies PhotoBoothPro against liability related to the client's event during or after the event.
