What you get with the booth
Canon Camera
We use a professional mirrorless Canon camera with eye autofocus that ensures crystal-clear, high-quality photos every time. We have a selection of lenses, so if you would like something special like a heavy background blur effect let us know.
Studio Lighting
Our professional studio umbrella flash provides perfect lighting conditions for stunning, flawless photos in any environment. We also provide standing LED panel lights with adjustable colour temperature.
Instant Prints
High-quality instant prints that your guests can take home as memorable keepsakes from your event. We use a professional dye-sublimation printer that gives great results, and you don't have to worry about smudging prints.
Digital Sharing
Instant digital sharing via email and QR code, so guests can easily share or post to social media from their phones. We also provide a secure online gallery of all event photos that shows photos as soon they are taken.
Touchscreen Interface
The easy-to-use touchscreen interface makes it simple for guests of all ages to operate the photobooth. Just one touch and you can start your session!
Backdrop Included
Choose from our selection of high-quality fabric-tension backdrops, work with us to create a custom backdrop for your event, or provide your own.
Tailored to your event
The booth can stay simple for a party or be configured for a branded corporate activation. Tell us the result you want and we will set up the right experience.
Single or multi-shot sessions
Choose a single formal photo or a sequence of up to four shots. Print sessions are matched to the selected print layout.
Filters and Glam mode
Offer guest-selectable filters, keep every photo consistent, or add optional subtle skin retouching for a polished look.
Sharing and live gallery
Guests can download their photos by QR code or email, while the event gallery updates as new photos are taken.
Custom overlays
Add event artwork, a logo or a watermark to digital images and print designs without adding PhotoBoothPro branding.
Green-screen backgrounds
Replace the physical background with supplied artwork when a custom printed backdrop is not practical.
Corporate data collection
Optional surveys can collect guest feedback or leads when the event organiser provides the appropriate privacy notice.
Venue requirements
Allow a clear indoor 3 × 3 metre area, at least 2.4 metres of ceiling height and a nearby power point. Keep the guest queue clear of doors and walkways, and tell us about loading, parking, stairs or lifts before the event.

We arrive about one hour before the agreed start time. Delivery, setup and pack-down sit outside your four booked hours. We’ll show the organiser how the booth works, monitor it remotely and return to pack down. Let us know if the venue requires earlier access.
