Choose the right spot
- Keep the booth visible and easy for guests to reach.
- Leave queue space beside it, not between the camera and backdrop.
- Keep doors, fire exits, catering routes and the dance floor clear.
- Use a flat, level surface with a clear camera view.
- Provide step-free access where guests need it.

- Venue address and room name.
- Setup access time and the booth start time.
- Loading, parking, stairs or lift instructions.
- An event-day contact.
- A wide photo of the proposed booth position if space is tight and you’re uncertain.
Outdoor or unusual setup?
